The principle of Braille is to identify text by touching it with your fingers. Braille is a writing system composed of six raised dots. Each Braille symbol has six fixed-position dots. These dots can be raised or not raised, forming 64 possible combinations, representing different letters, numbers and symbols. Specifically, this can be achieved by counting the number of Braille characters on the printing surface, adjusting the thickness of the UV coating oil according to the number of characters, then printing a digital white ink layer on the printing surface, then printing UV coating oil on the surface of the white ink layer, and finally using varnish to print the Braille and solidify it. This process can improve the quality of Braille printing.
